Josh Turner is a big supporter of St. Jude’s hospital and in October, he played a show that had all profits going to St. Jude’s for research and to help families that need treatment there. In the middle of his set, there was also a surprise engagement!
While braving the heat all night, I had the honor of shooting the first 96.3 Star Country stage at the Shake the Lake Fireworks celebration presented by Festival Foods. The first band was local talent 5th GEAR, followed by rising country star Drew Baldridge. The night continued on with LANco and headliner Jon Pardi.
